We have flat screen TV and air conditioning with heat pump function in all rooms; the bathrooms are equipped with towels and hair dryer.
We also have wi-fi high speed internet in whole structure.
For breakfast you will have: snacks, tarts, plum cake, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, fruit juices. In addition, you can use the mini bar in the room to put everything you need.
The rooms are cleaned daily; the bed linen and the towels are carried out every 4 days.
The request for cancellation of the reservation will be governed by the following conditions: for cancellation notices arrived before 30 days before the arrival date, we give back the whole deposit; for cancellation notices come from the 29th to the 15th day before the date of arrival , we give back the 50% of the deposit. Instead, if the request for cancellation is received within 14 days before to arrival, we hold the whole deposit.
The extra bed supplement is 20€ per night.
The daily rate for your room will be added, necessarily, the amount of the tax of the municipality of Rome, equivalent to the amount of EUR 3,50 per night per person (excluding children under 10 years of age).
